Refund Policy

We want buying a WonderReveal page to feel risk-free. This policy is short on purpose.
The 7-day guarantee
If you bought a page and haven't performed the reveal, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no forms, no questions. Email hello@wonderreveal.com from the address you used at purchase, ideally including your page link.
After the reveal
Once the gender has been revealed on your page, the experience has been delivered — the game was played — so refunds are no longer available from that point. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your page
A refund automatically deactivates the reveal page it paid for. If you change your mind later, you can create a new page anytime.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
Charged twice, or paid and never received the email? Write to us — duplicate charges and undelivered purchases are refunded in full at any time.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections in your country — for example, the withdrawal rights of European Union consumer rules or the 7-day right of the Brazilian Consumer Code.
